Electric Vehicles

The EV market all know that Lithium is currently the best option.
We have built many EVs but have decided to leave this field to the big boys. However we will continue to supply all the components and HiPower LifePO4 to the DIY builders. It is our opinion that imported EVs designed for congested cities are to underpowered to be safe on NZ roads. Our bikes are at the other extreme, to powerful to be safe on NZ roads unless limited.

E-Scoot - This scooter is utilizing 2x 7KW Hub Motors. Based on a 1956 German scooter it was built for fun and certainly is. 2WD works well where acceleration is very brisk and top speed is way to fast for a scooter in unlimited mode. The controller can limit power for safety.

E-BOB - Built entirely from new parts the electric bobber was intended to be a production bike. We have decided to exit the market and the E-BOB is now, one of a kind. See the youtube review by Kiwi Rider. Eventually E-Bikes will be accepted in the mainstream as little scooters have been.

E-Car - This Peugeot convertible has 4 BLDC motors (4WD). The rears are Hub Motors and the front drive the stub axles. 450KG was removed from this car. After installing 10KWH storage and the drive equipment under 200kg was returned.
